Cancellation and Return Policy
All bookings are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mail to us) within seven (7) calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the booking pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Outside of this seven (7) day period all bookings confirmed by us are final and non-refundable.
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your booking, please notify NextThing Education as soon as possible giving full reasons why. We offer credits and the ability to alter bookings up to 48 hours in advance subject to the availability of places at alternative Activities.
If a refund or credit is given for an Activity in which the customer has received a discount, the new Activity booking details will be considered to ensure the discount is still applicable. If this is not the case, the various session rates will revert to their pre-discount price and a refund or credit will only be given on the balance of the over payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or credits for cancellations for activities starting today or for previous sessions.
In the event that NextThing Education Ltd has to cancel an Activity for any reason, a credit note for the full value of the booking will be issued to the person who booked or alternative provisions to run the Activity at another time will be arranged and confirmed to all.
If you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time and confirm this to NextThing Education Ltd, we will issue a credit note to the full value of the booking.
Customers will be given as much notice as possible and wherever possible NextThing Education will use all reasonable endeavours to offer alternative opportunities.
In the unlikely event that a NextThing Education activity would have to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, NextThing Education will not be able to offer a refund or a payment in kind.
Altering Booking – Changing Date
At your request we may be able to alter your date of booking, providing we have spaces at alternative Activities and you notify us of this request 48 hours before the start of the Activity. If there is a difference in price you will need to cover this cost.
